A minimum of 50% upfront deposit is required to reserve a booth. Non-refundable after April 21 when full payment is due. Late applications after April 21st require full payment upfront. Rates subject to change for booths not under contract. After you reserve a booth, a Quickbooks invoice will be emailed to you allowing you to pay by credit card, bank account, or by check.
We'll send you an invoice online via Quickbooks and you can pay your deposit with a credit card.
We'll email you an invoice and payment can be mailed to our office.
Exhibitors are required to provide at least one door prize to be given away at the end of the show on Saturday, May 31st before 3pm.
